Operational Policies

- Airport Wait
- 60 minutes complimentary at all Toronto-area airports.
- Cancellation
- Complimentary up to 72 hours before scheduled pickup. Cancellations between 48 and 72 hours are charged 50% of the reservation. Inside 48 hours, the booking is non-refundable.
- Gratuity
- Always optional and entirely at client discretion.
- Cross-Border
- Travellers responsible for all customs documentation.
- Reservation Deposit
- A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any reservation. Opulent Black Car will not hold a calendar date or time slot until the deposit is received and cleared. Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
- Full Payment Upfront
- Full payment of the quoted fare — inclusive of the deposit credited — must be received and cleared prior to the start of the trip. Service will not commence until the balance is paid in full.
- Scope of Services
- Opulent Black Car is engaged exclusively in the provision of private chauffeur and executive ground transportation services. As a matter of firm company policy, we do not collect, receive, hold, distribute, or remit funds on behalf of third-party vendors, independent contractors, photographers, event planners, or any other external service providers.
By placing a deposit and/or completing payment, the client and Opulent Black Car enter into a binding agreement: the deposit secures the reserved date and time; the cleared full balance is a condition precedent to the chauffeur being dispatched and the trip commencing. These terms apply to every reservation, without exception.
